These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Curbside ("Service"), operated by Curbside at curbsidetoday.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
Curbside is a software-as-a-service platform that allows auto repair shops to manage vehicle repair statuses and send automated SMS notifications to their customers. The Service includes:
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at carson@curbsidetoday.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of your business.
Curbside is offered on a monthly subscription basis at $99/month. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access. A credit card is required to start the trial. After 14 days, your card will be charged $99/month unless you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
Curbside provides SMS messaging capabilities for auto repair shops to communicate vehicle repair status updates to their customers. By using the SMS features, you agree to the following:
You are solely responsible for ensuring your SMS practices comply with all applicable laws. Curbside is not liable for any violations resulting from your use of the messaging features. SMS delivery is handled through Twilio and is subject to carrier delivery rates. We do not guarantee delivery of every message.

You agree not to use Curbside to:
You retain ownership of all data you enter into Curbside. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We will not sell your data or your customers' data to third parties. Upon account cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.
Curbside uses AI to generate SMS message drafts. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all messages before they are sent to customers. We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated content.
The Service integrates with Twilio (SMS delivery), Anthropic (AI message writing), Stripe (payment processing), and Supabase (data storage). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Curbside's total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Curbside and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.
